We currently ship within the European Union. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the EU, which means there are no additional customs fees for EU customers.
All orders are processed on working days.
- Standard orders are usually prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier within 2–3 working days.
- During busy periods, launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive an order confirmation by email after your purchase and a shipping notification, if available, once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and the chosen shipping method, but as a general guide:
- Sweden & Nordics: approx. 3–7 working days after dispatch
- Most EU countries: approx. 4–11 working days after dispatch
These time frames are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery delays can occur due to local postal services, seasonal peaks or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country, the total weight of the order and the selected shipping option. Any available shipping methods and prices will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
If tracking is available for your chosen shipping method, tracking details will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that it can take some hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, the address was incorrect or delivery was refused, we can either:
- resend the parcel (additional shipping fee applies), or
- refund the order minus the shipping cost, according to our return policy.

We want you to feel confident and comfortable with your Botanical Bae purchase. We follow applicable Swedish and EU consumer regulations for online orders.
If you shop as a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
To use your right of withdrawal, the product must be:
- unused,
- unopened and with any original seal/intact hygiene protection still in place,
- in its original packaging, and
- in a condition suitable for resale.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare products unless there is a quality issue.
1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and which product(s) you wish to return.
3. We will provide you with return instructions.
Unless the return is due to a mistake on our side or a faulty product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once we have received and inspected your returned product(s), we will process your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 14 days from the day we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
Shipping charges from the original order are normally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
We currently do not handle direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, the easiest way is to:
- Return the original product according to our return policy.
- Place a new order for the product you want instead.
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible:
- Take clear photos of the product and the packaging.
- Include your order number and a short description of the issue.
If the claim is approved, we will either:
- send a replacement product, or
- offer a refund, including any reasonable shipping costs related to the claim.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- opened or used skincare products (unless they are faulty),
- products without original packaging or missing parts of the set,
- products purchased from unauthorised resellers or second-hand platforms.
