Yes. Each candle vessel is hand-cast in concrete and each candle is hand-poured, giving every piece a unique character and a more crafted, premium feel.
Concrete is a naturally raw and textured material. Small air bubbles, tonal variations, and other subtle imperfections can occur as part of the hand-cast process. We see this as part of the handmade character and charm of each piece.
Yes. We recommend trimming the wick before each burn to help the candle burn more evenly, cleanly, and for longer.
Always place the candle on a heat-safe surface, keep it away from drafts, and never leave a burning candle unattended. Stop using the candle when only a small amount of wax remains at the bottom.
Burn long enough for the melt pool to reach the edges, but avoid leaving the candle burning for too long at a time. Shorter, controlled burns help the candle stay cleaner and perform better over time.
For the best performance, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges during the first burn. This helps create an even melt pool and reduces the risk of tunnelling.
Our concrete vessels are designed to be reused long after the candle is gone. They work beautifully as small storage pieces for jewellery, cotton pads, cotton buds, matches, clips, or other dry everyday essentials. They can also be used as decorative containers or simply kept as part of your interior styling.
